Settled is designed, built, and operated by Sidebar Interactive LLC, an independent software company based in California.

What we’re building

Everyone has arguments that never quite end: who owes who dinner, whose turn it is to take out the trash, whether the call in last night’s game was fair. Settled gives those arguments a fair, quick, and fun way to finish.

One person opens a case and makes their argument. The other person tells their side, with the same space and the same visibility. Then a jury of friends they invite reads both sides and votes, or an AI Judge gives an instant, neutral take. The verdict shows the vote split and the reasoning, and the case is closed.

What we believe

Both sides get an equal hearing

Every case gives each person the same room to make their argument. Summaries are written to be neutral, and nobody gets the last word by default.

You choose who judges

Juries are made up of people the participants invite. Settled is built for friends, families, roommates, and coworkers, not for strangers piling on.

Friendly fights only

Settled is for everyday disagreements, not legal disputes, accusations, or harassment. Content is screened before it’s posted, anyone can report a case, and people can block users who make them uncomfortable.

Your data stays yours

We collect what we need to run the app and nothing more. We don’t sell personal information. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
